Our Pastors
Phil and Ruby Harlow have served God and the church in a variety of ministry and leadership positions for over thirty years. They are committed to maintaining a biblical standard before God, each other, their family, the church and to their community at large.
Their service to the local church and the utilization of their teaching and leadership gifts have supported Kingdom Building projects leading up to their embracing the call of God on their lives to pastor. In 2004 they founded Bridge Builders Ministries in Rochester, New York. They were ordained by Bishop Joseph Garlington and are associates of Reconciliation Ministries International.
Philip Harlow (Lead Pastor) has served in various positions in the local church leading up to his call and assignment as pastor. He functioned as a Vice President of Human Resources in the corporate environment serving in that capacity for two Fortune 100 company’s over his forty year career. His life’s journey reflects a positive integration of the Christian experience within the marketplace. He has a passion to support individuals in their growth, development, and utilization of their God given gifts and talents. He has attended various Christian leadership development programs, is a graduate of LeMoyne College and an inductee in the Greater Syracuse Sports Hall of Fame (All American Basketball Player)
Ruby F. Harlow (Pastor) provides oversight for several ministry areas of the church and provides spiritual and operational support to the Lead Pastor. Her passion is to disciple, motivate and empower others in alignment with sound biblical principles. She has a strong passion for prayer and is a dynamic teacher of the word of God, bringing hope to the hurting, while challenging individuals to live and develop their lives through personal excellence and integrity.
Ruby is a graduate of Faith Fellowship’s Advanced Christian Training School and Christian Counseling Program, She has studied at Elim Bible Institute and New Creation Fellowship Bible Institute, and has attended various Christian leadership development programs. She has worked in the Adult Education field and is a graduate of Howard University.
